I am an entrepreneur with a deep passion for technology and services that help people.
I am a prior naval officer with proven leadership experience and a commitment to impact.
And I’m searching for an existing business where I can help create a better future for us all.
About Me: Kristin Wihera
Over 10 years ago, I commissioned in the US Navy onboard the USS CONSTITUTION (“Old Ironsides”). Now, I’m launching Ironside Search to start the next phase of my career.
In the Navy, I worked in Operations and Nuclear Propulsion. I loved leading my teams in daily technical operations and long-term planning. I finished my time in service working one-on-one with patients in Navy Wounded Warrior. After turning in my uniform, I completed an MBA and MS in Biotechnology, both at Harvard University. I also hold a BS in Human Physiology from Boston University.
My goal is to buy and run a business where I can help build a better future for us all while working with great people.
Born and raised in Colorado, I love any excuse to be outdoors - hiking, snowboarding, and more - or with my dog, Gracie.
I’m eager to meet and learn about experienced entrepreneurs throughout this search. Whether it’s our first conversation, or my first day on the job, I strive to earn your trust every step of the way.
First, I will want to get to know you and your entrepreneurial journey. Then, I’ll learn a little more about your business and we can both decide if we’re interested in moving forward. I’ll take some time to better understand your business and we can build a plan. Finally, I can start to operate the business and you can start your next adventure.
